I create work.
But as a Creative Director, just as importantly, I create environments.
Environments that allow and encourage people to create their best work.
For almost 30 years I’ve been building, managing and guiding multi-cultural and mixed gender teams in the U.K. and across Asia.
So the work here is a combination of my personal work and work done under my guidance.
I’ve been fortunate to work with, and hire, some extremely talented people - creative, strategic and business people.
Too many to credit, but they know who they are.
And I thank them all.
